Hi Rey, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this. It appears we did ship out your controller in time to arrive on time, but USPS misplaced the package for what appears to have been 3 days. As a result it didn't arrive within the window we expected. We do apologize for this. Unfortunately once it leaves our hands there isn't a lot we can do about it. However, I will be speaking to our warehouse manager as to why Fedex was not used on your order. I do apologize for this delay. Thankfully, I believe once the controller arrives it will be worth the wait. Very disappointed, I paid for premium shipping its been a week and they still havent shipped the controller. This is A edit !!!!!!! After 3 months of using this controller I have to say Im very satisfied with how durable the controller is and havent a issue with it, i was very disappointed when I ordered it at first because I paid for the premium shipping and after using this controller I changed my mind about this company evil controllers. Good quality on this controller !!!!!!!!!

I purchased a controller a little over a year ago. An It still works today, most controllers last me a couple months. I play shooter games at a very low sensitivity, so I tend to wear joysticks down very quickly. Well I ordered another one this year. An I also called to see what was happening with my controller. A few days ago and the customer service guy was very empathetic to my needs, an I explained that I was calling to see what was taking so long. He gave me reason, an helped move my controller along can't hardly wait to get it. The hardest thing about buying stuff on the internet is waiting... Thanks for all the stuff you guys do!

Absolutely horrible customer service and product quality. I originally received my controller (priced at $150) around 5 months ago. All was good for a couple weeks, but then I accidentally dropped it and broke one of the paddles. Over the next few months, continuing to today, I have never received a working replacement. I sent the controller in for repairs, they apparently "fixed" it, and sent it back. The bottom right paddle still continued to not work. I have sent this same controller our for repairs 4 OR 5 TIMES and I still don't have a working one. In addition to this, the last replacement I received was earlier this week. Now the left joystick is not working properly, and I never had an issue with that previously. It is entirely Evil Controllers fault. Customer service is useless, as they refuse to make me a new controller or give me a refund. I don't recommend this company to anyone, and will never buy one of their products again. The product is horrible and it is obvious Evil doesn't care about their customers.
