Michelle, sorry you were unhappy with your experience with Country. I inherited your account after you requested a new representative and unfortunately could not combine the policies based on how the account was activated by the former rep. Glad you were able to find something that worked better for your situation and appreciate your business while you had it with Country.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an insurance agent. I was only a customer because my husband had country as insurance and we wanted to combine our insurance. The agent wouldnt combine our policies and it was a complete train wreck from the start of me being aligned with his policies. I was only a customer for 6 months and then went back to my previous agent which has wonderful customer service and they were able to combine all of our policies! Never will switch companies again this was a lesson learned!
