Book events and just cancel or book to get head counts and reschedule. Garbage entertainment booker. Took a weeks vacation just to go to this place and watch a venue I've wanted to see for 15 years and get the rebook notice NINE days in advance! I was able to refund the tickets I purchased 4 months ago but now I'm out two airline tickets that are non-refundable and a five night stay I prepaid nonrefundable for the lower rate! Another corporation that only see their bottom line not patrons who spent a couple thousand to visit. I have a COVID-19 rider policy I purchased but of course the email didn't list the reason for the reschedule so I can't claim it! Literally irate! Who does this with a 9 day notice?!? I sympathize with the people who felt lackof diversity or or discriminated against. It's about Colectivo and their bottom line and no one else.
