Brought a dpf machine and started to play up within the first year, aftersales team are rude and hang up on you when you complain even though i was not being rude and was stating the fact that the product is failing within its first year. They put it down to users error even though that i explained that they have given no training on how to use it which they should have poor service poor quality machine next time i will be going to sealey who offer the same product.

After doing this and wasting my money i saw absolutely no diffirence so i decided to block the egr valve and you wouldn't believe how much carbon was in there. More than half of the valve was full of carbon. I would post a pic but it is not possible. Honestly i am taking the time to write this so you dont waste your money. If the manifold and other parts are not physically taken off and cleaned i don't see another way to clean them. Sorry for the bad review but thats just my experience
