Brian, per my voicemail, after 5 pm and on the weekends, I do not take phone calls but try to reach out to my customers on text when I can instead of leaving them hanging. You were welcome to call me back the following business day between 9 am -5 pm. Family is important to me so I try to focus on time at home instead of talking on my phone outside business hours and on the weekends. Would love to help you out in the future. as stated on my website and every single vehicle advertisement, I do not do in-house financing. this is very clear and upfront as I chose to not run my business by charging the public high interest rates and instead working with customers local bank/credit union if they are needing financial assistance. this review is not relevant to my car dealership and I ask for removal. thank you.
