For 75 years, it has always been our goal to take care of our customers with the best customer service. As required by our industry guidelines, these shirts were purchased through a distributor and as advised, all communication should be handled through them. The shirts are standard industry size specs. When ordering, please refer to the size chart in the back of the catalog which states that it is based on body specs, not garment specs, and should be checked before embroidering. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I wanted to put in a order for 20+ shirts for promotional material. Since I was unfamiliar with their products and sizing, I reviewed their products thoroughly in the catalog. I also called the company and explicitly asked about the shirt quality and sizing and they said they said their sizes come normal. They even advised that I check measurements on their catalog, which I did. So with that false confidence, I placed the order and had the shirts embroidered. Only afterwards did I find out that their shirts come much larger than specified. So I contacted Blue Generation about the size issue and they said they can't talk to me or help me. WHAT! You talked to me before and misled me, but now that I have a problem you can't help me? After several calls and emails, they said they would discount shirts...not replace them. So basically, they are NOT accepting responsibility for their errors and want me to eat the costs. Mind you that they probably buy the shirts for about 30% of what they sell them for. Aside from their ridiculous custom service and false advertising, the shirts don't fit right and look funny because they don't sit straight. So moral of the story, poor quality and lousy customer service...I don't recommend Blue Generation to anyone.
