Zero stars should be an option. Trash. Do not go here unless you want to wait months for your clothes back with little to no communication. Just a very odd business owner, will not be present during open hours, many different phone numbers & unresponsive on all of them. When finally received my garments back there were no changes from the notes I had left to fix the first mistakes she made. Absolute headache, waste of a lot of my time & I wish I never walked into her establishment. wild experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was my first time there I found this place online and saw the great reviews and I completely agree with them. I went there to get alterations on a evening dress that was too big and he provided great service for a good price and it didnt take long at all to alter it to fit me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for alterations.

I recommended this place to a friend I went with her to get altered a dress, ( hem and slit ) at Kat's alteration business, after scheduling the fitting she always changes or rescheduled never on time, she was explained how the customer ( my friend) wants it for the upcoming wedding of her son. She " chopped" the dress, made a " bunch of mistakes" tell us I am not gonna refund you,, " are you gonna cry for a split?" Evidently she doesn't know nothing about responsibility and sensitivity towards others, instead she choose to be sarcastic and no remorse at all. She said she pressed the dress over and over and she did hem it and the outcome was worst than giving the job to an amateur .She is old enough to face it and recognized she ruined a dressed and being so cold hearted to a customer and to keep the money when you ruin a long dress . What would you called that? ".Anyway she kept the 80 usd she ask for " instead of altered will used the term ruined". for ruining a new dress..how fair it can be? Unprofessional ,unaccountable, disrespectful and dishonest Kat. My friend and myself just got disregarded. She lies, contradict herself and keep your money and doesn't paid for what she ruined. The place has also a cat's urine smell..that tells you a lot of her standards. Nevertheless I told her about the cat urine ..I guess she loved it that's why she doesn't clean it. Very arrogant and deshonest obviusly !
