Great facility, but better not think your belongings are safe if you leave them anywhere out your site, on the grounds. had a vintage guitar that I owned for 25 years, stolen out of the the 'sanctuary' of all places. Whoever stole it knew what they were looking for too, as they only stole that guitar (thankfully?) . I Had the OK from the groundskeeper to leave things (lot's of expensive things) in the space. Within a window of 3 hours in the middle of the day, my guitar was stolen.... later was I was told by the groundskeeper "oh yeah, sometimes some kids from around the island come and hang out there without permission"..... Oh great! thanks! Nice to know that after the fact. Other than that, seems alright. Good food.... But not safe from Robbery!

An idyllic and beautiful getaway in the south of Whidbey Island. It brings to mind images of Tolkien's Rivendell. Lush forest with wonderfully maintained grounds and trails winding through it. Definitely a must visit location.
