Checked in on-line "to avoid the wait" around 10 am. System showed 58 minute wait. Instructed to arrive at 11:04. Arrived at 11:01. Current time is 11:54. Still waiting. Three other customers who were also waiting walked out. Two stylists working. You guys need a system that matches your on-line appointment availability to the number of stylists you have working. My expectation with on-line check-in is a maximum wait of 10 - 15 minutes. That being said, I finally sat down in the chair at 11:55. Stylist Jessica gave me a great haircut. She is personable and professional. Thank you Jessica.

I had a very pleasant experience. Great staff. Jessica did a wonderful job on my hair, very tentative & professional. My hair cut came out exactly the way I wanted. I will definitely be returning & recommend to others.

Hi Frank, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately for our stylists to use a straight razor they would have to have a barbering license which is not required at our stores. We do though offer our clients the Shaver shaper which is just like a straight razor.
