TL;DR = DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY'LL KEEP CHARGING YOU AFTER YOU LEAVE!!! We stopped using Sparkletts last year after they left us with 2 months without any water delivery in the height of the summer. After being told that our account was closed, they kept sending us paper invoices with charges for printing out the very same paper invoices and have continued to do so. After reaching out to their customer service on several occasions, and being told that a supervisor only has the authority to stop this from continuing, and that they would have to call us back when said supervisor is available. Now, after two weeks of no return calls (again twice), we received, yet again, another bill from them charging us for printing out the bill. Our company now must file a report with the Better Business Bureau as we feel there is no other recourse for such terrible handling of services. I strongly urge anyone to get their residential or commercial water services elsewhere, with a company that won't keep charging you after they've left you without water during the hot Las Vegas Summers.

Upper management for DS Services/Sparkletts Water really needs to shut the doors and everybody goes and does something else. When a company shows such lack of concern for both customer and the front line employees then close up shop. My first delivery was scheduled for today 8-10 am. The driver was supposed to call early and then bring my cooler and water. He is NO CALL NO SHOW. Over 2 hours on hold trying to reach customer service this morning to get the scoop on the missing delivery. NO RESPONSE Called Sales and again they answered immediately. I was transferred to Customer Service and again no answer. Called Sales and asked to speak to Cancelation. They also were Johnny on the Spot to answer and all full of false scripted empathy. My information will be forwarded to...... I read the glowing reviews for this company and had a good feeling that they would take good care of my yummy water supply. Instead Ill draw another glass of Las Vegas tap water and GOOGLE search to decide on who else can maybe get me something to drink that does not reek of bleach and gasoline. Im very disappointed in Sparkletts.
Great service and consistent. Yes. Its more expensive than going and filling your bottles but its lower cost than other delivery services with far better service with a super easy online order update system.
