I started the trial. I cancelled it 15 minutes into the non-trial period. They wouldn't respond to emails asking for a (partial) refund. So I paid for an entire month's worth of service, which I didn't use. Even if the answer was no, they could have at least responded to me.

Been using EOA for the last 6 years and they have been my godsend for email related tracking, testing and results. I look forward to the next new feature they come up with, but highly recommend them over the more expensive competitors.

Nicely priced, the tests are pretty quick and I love the testing email digest. If you do any email marketing this tool is highly recommended.
