The bus ads seem to be predominately about colonoscopys. Why does ltd want an old man to shove a finger up my ass so badly? Decent service, but for God's sake, get some better sponsors.
Horrible customer services never in my life experienced such rudeness almost 2 weeks after ordering my bus pass i still have not received it being that I have high risk pregnancy and not being able to get to ANY appointments. My sister and i ordered our bus passes same day she received hers a week ago. When i call i am told its on its way abd that i need to wait, absolutely ridiculous its nice to know they only care about money. Cause screw people who actually need services, we arent important.
Not necessarily public location. This is mostly administration offices and a beginning point for the Lane County Transit District bus routes. I attended a retirement celebration here for good friend of mine a few weeks ago.
I was on the emx the other morning approx.7 am when leaving the Springfield station one of Ltd's secerty employes jumped on board, the bus headed out of Springfield when secerty started asking riders for their bus passes, surching for mine and was unable to locate it security had the dtiver stop the bus and and I was ordered off the bus and was given a citation not to ride the bus for 10 days.I had to walk the rest of my way to work, late, dark down Franklyn Blvd. to the U of O. When I called customers service to discuss the problem (after I finally got to the right person) I was informed the security employee was just doing his job. I really do appreciate the Ltd service but this was not a form of service for anyone to experience. First, Ltd is suppose to be a "Safe Place" Second, its dark and not safe for anyone to be walking down Franklyn Blvd. especially a female. Third, he had no reason to order me off the bus.
