Well, I thought about posting this review for a few months before posting. The price seemed reasonable ($150 for SUVs, $125 for others) and they were quite accommodating at first. I dropped off my Suburban one evening (which I just purchased and it was filthy) and said take your time and do it right. I pointed out some things and was told they would get everything and it would be ready in the morning. I went in to get it and after looking it over for a minute I started realizing many things were missed. Crevices in the seats were still filled with dirt, some of the flooring under seats had not been touched, trim pieces still had gunk in the crevices and speaker grills, floor mats were still dirty (and they are rubber, just spray and scrub them), and numerous spots with food splatter still present to name a few. I said a few things were missed and pointed to a few of them and requested them to go over it again and take their time and do it right, no rush on my part. They called the next day and said it was ready. The second time I went to pick it up and it was just about the same. It looked like they may have sprayed the mats, but did not scrub them, as there was standing water in the trunk area where they were laying. Unfortunately everything else was the same. Once again I said things were missed and said please go through it again and I would come back and left it at that. They called the next day and said it was ready. I had to go out of town and told them I would pick it up next week. Once I returned, I went to pick it up for the third time. Unfortunately, I found it in the same condition and with a dead battery. I had enough at that point. I jumped the dead battery and took it. I feel terrible about this experience, like I wasted $150. I never used a detail service and I am of the mindset I never will again. If Tony ever reads this and wants to contact me I will consider giving them another chance to rectify it, although I am really sick of dealing with it. Hence this review after giving it copious amounts of consideration. I even told them if they did a good job I would be bringing in four other vehicles. So disappointed. Seeing the lack of reviews I doubt they will ever see this:/
