Absolutely horrible company, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have ever received. They treated my situation like a joke. I waited 2 weeks for any communication on my business cards and then the order was placed on hold. I tried to use the chat option on the website to figure things out and thats when the horrible customer service began. None of my questions were answered and i was told to talk to someone else. So my next option was to call and talk to someone over the phone. My name and number was taken down and i was told id be called back, waited hours and nothing. So i called again and spoke to a woman who seemed half asleep and uninterested in my problem. I have gone through hell and back dealing with these assholes and still have no refund. Mind you i have no product so i basically gave them $200 for nothing. Thank god i went through paypal, they are my only hope to get my money back.

Terrible, should of looked at the reviews before doing business with this company. I am in the process of getting my cc to reverse the charges for this job. Cards took over a month to get, when I received them they were the wrong color, no response after 3 emails, then when I got through the woman on the phone said "sorry, there is no one here who can help you", but I will forward your complaint on to my supervisor and they will email you back. Seriously??

Please DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I had purchased business cards and not only did it take them weeks to get the cards to me but upon arrival they were defective. I tried to contact the company but the only way you can communicate with them is through email. After multiple emails, there's still no response and I'm left with these defective cards that I cannot use. Please avoid this company at all costs. It's a complete scam and they will not refund your money. Complaints have been filed with the FTC and the Attorney General.
