You will find the community has responded and is doing everything possible. This is a region-wide issue and at North River Ranch.

This community needs to properly address their bug issue. If you intend to purchase here know you will not be able to use your front door, your car will be filled with bugs, and your house covered in spiders. The HOA does not respond to how they are addressing the issue.

Beware of purchasing your new home build with Park Square Homes! They only care about selling as many lots as possible and not getting their purchasers under the roof they bought. We were originally told 6-7 months for our build. Were currently at 14 months with no end in sight. When we signed, kb, David Weekley and West Bay only had their models built. Now all those builders have their purchasers in their homes, not Park Square. Park Sqaures head builder quit about 7 months in and now our sales person is gone as well. Hopefully our Park Square nightmare will end so we can enjoy this community.
