Worst bank I have ever had. Someone has stolen my card info 5 times and they treat me like its my fault. They wouldnt give me my money back twice. So they punish me for other peoples actions. Will be switching to a different bank.

In this day and age to have to wait 7-10 business days for your card is a total inconvenience esp when you had to get a new one because of fraud.. :( :( Please get a better way to service us customers!!!
I have banked with Dollar since 2011, savings, checking and mortgage accounts and have had nothing but good experiences in customer service. They are friendly, helpful and a regional bank--not a large, national or impersonal one.
Tellers are very rude. I drive from north Olmsted to Westlake to avoid them.
