Told myself in 2019 I would never return to this location after I had to witness a manager or owner scream at his young employee because he was vacuuming during store hours. Mind you, I was the only one in the store and I had my earbuds in, so I didnt mind. Today, I went in with my dog and asked for two plain bagels, only to be very rudely told by the guy that animals arent allowed. I said okay and before I could even say hes a service animal, he basically ignored me and went to the back. I was in shock, so I quickly put my dog in my car, then went back to the register waiting for my bagels. The guy continued to ignore me until the young lady serving another customer told him I was waiting for my bagels. Even though its probably not legal to refuse service to someone with a service animal, I didnt have a problem with the no animals policy since I only needed to deal with this jerk for 30 seconds to get my bagels. The problem was how rude this guy was and his lack of professionalism. Definitely will never return to this location.
