Huge amount of wasted time, months of "on boarding" while still paying the fees, sold the dream of giant increases in sales. Never happened. Eventually went to Linnworks after 2 years and that has been brilliant from day 1 and we are now 5 years in with that platform

They will Bring you on board and will provide no/ very little after sales service. Taking that much money won't end up with just advising. also if you want to come out of contract they will put in trap and say you have 6 more months to go as this is one year service and have to pay full in balance up to end of contract (I have to pay 6000.00) to end up relationship with them. So Sad :(

ChannelAdvisor have got to be hands down one of the easiest platforms to use. I was actually reccomended to try this company and its the best decision we ever made. Through using the resources Channeladvisor provides it has enabled us to expand the company worldwide and it is growing stronger everyday with more and more sales. We cannot thank you all enough for this opportunity and continued support. I don't think there is a company out there that can better manage our inventory over many different places.
