The haircut its self was top notch but the receptionist was rude and she prioritised a walk in appointment over me after I booked in and after she told me I will be the 1 at to get my cut. Good business and professionalism goes a long way

The haircuts are fantastic but the service level seems to vary each time. For example, I had a haircut booked with Tchai at 8.30am on a Saturday. Got there on time, he told me he'd need 5-10mins more with his current client. Ok, no problem. In the end though, I didn't get into the chair until about 9am, and that meant I was going to be late for my next thing that day. Still, he does a great job with his cuts so I was happy to get things going. He did a great fade cut again, but then at the end he didn't cut my sideburns, informing me that I should have booked Haircut + Beard for that. I didn't know about this - every time until now I'd just booked a haircut and had still had my sideburns taken off. Basically he seemed keen to get me out by 9.30am on the dot, for the next client who had booked that time. So how come I had to wait 25mins for my cut whereas the next guy gets his on time by rushing me out of the chair? Besides, taking off sideburns would only take an extra 10 seconds or so, so I didn't think I was asking for too much.

Hi, I had a trim from TChai (apologies if Ive spelled your name wrong king). Im very satisfied with the result, it was my first time so I was nervous about getting it done. Anyway nice atmosphere, great service, nice hair cut. I left a happy customer. Keep up the good work guys. And thank you Tchai.

After weeks of people referring me I finally gave Slider a shot and the experience was below average. The barber seemed less than comfortable with my hair, the fade is one of the most uneven I have had all around my head, it sits lower on the right than the left and the barber had the nerve to say the haircut took longer than it should have because of me. I was silent but they would do well to remember that they are the ones cutting hair not the customer so they are very much in control especially when the customer sits there quietly for the entire 45 mins. Overall the cut isn't great service was average and the hype seems unfounded for now. As someone who visits multiple barbershop all around London to see where the elite are I can say you'd have a better experience at Ego barbers with a better standard of trim and better customer service.
