Waited over a month to get in touch about property was told the person was not good with texting or e-mails so i called and i called was texted back????? Been busy. NO GOOD
I have a theory that most people who take time to leave reviews are the ones who have bad experiences. I've had a 9-10 experience with VIP in my 8 months living here. This is an impartial and honest review: Pros: 1. Fixed washer and dryer immediately after they broke. 2. They are flexible with occasional late rent payment if you reach out to them at let them know before the 1st of the month 3. Pretty friendly and professional and do a good job keeping units upgraded. 4. Keep our backyard landscaped. Cons: 1. Are somewhat unorganized with documents and document filing. 2. They do not use VENMO or any form of direct payment which means you will be making long trips to pay rent. 3. If you are waiting on a background check status you may need to hound them (i.e. email every day). Overall a great company, just need to get to 2019 with the direct payments. getting Money orders is a hassle. ***Also. I have been here for 8 months and the rent has not been raised once.***
I signed a lease with Ted just recently. Walking into his office, I was already aware of the reviews online. One thing I will say is this: People are 7 times more likely to share bad experiences than they are good experiences. Personally, I share both. Ted has his routine and appears to have done the process of signing a lease enough times to know what it entails. I also liked the cartoon and some added humor in there. The process was simple and very straight forward. After being in the rental for a short time, there was a little something that needed attention in the house. Danielle took the maintenance request and I had a phone call THE NEXT DAY to get the issue fixed! This just sweetened everything for us and I feel fortunate that Ted and his colleagues have been nothing but professional and efficient. THANK YOU!
Moved in on May 12 2018 .I paid 4,230 and move out on feb 2 2020.not even a penny I got back. .I text Ted about my refund especially my cleaning deposit .didn't heard from him.
