You were given your gains over messager and you stated you were happy with 410bhp! (I have messaged to show this) now you wish to cancel as we cant give your car 450bhp! good luck if any tuning company does this as your car wont last long. Obviously we will ask what car and engine so we can give you the right advise. (We dont have a crystal ball we are tuners not mind readers) also it wasnt a google answer we checked on our webpage which you can do yourself.

Absolute amateurs. When asked about specific details on a tune I was presented with a Google answer. The 'expert' tuner didn't know what engine a 2015 S5 had (asked if it was the 4.2 V8 ). When I asked for a refund because i wasn't confident in their knowledge they basically laughed. They advised all deposits are none refundable yet didn't state this on the call. Chargeback posted

No customer service before or after the work was done also didnt put under tray back on properly after work causing it to come off and get damaged had to be replaced.

Hi sorry for your wait but you werent booked in, you just turned up. And it was explained that your car was bench tuned (this does take longer) you were also offered the dyno which you wanted but was made aware that there was a polo in at the time and yours would be done after this. Also Ive spoken to the lad and he didnt say Merc gave the wrong figures, yours only gained 14bhp as it was no turbo, this was all explained at the time. Oh and we also gave you a free carbon clean for your wait!!

Booked in for 2pm and didn't leave until 6.10pm. wasted over 4 hours to get only 14bhp more when I was told I would get 29bhp more. The lad blamed it on the figures being wrong that mercedes give as stock. I was booked in at 2pm and that's why I arrived at 1.50 as I rang that morning. The lad told me it probably wasn't 230 stock as mercedes quote and Ur email stated I would get 29bhp gains. I got a free carbon clean cos you had me waiting around for hours. You also knew it wasn't a turbo as you were told in the emails it was a 280 and you know they ain't turbocharged. You also didn't state it was a bench job, just kept saying it won't be long and now telling lies to cover urself.
