This dealer sold us broken trucks both my and my friends trucks keep breaking down only after DRIVEN 40k and 25k mile. Hi Wilbert, there's nothing we hate to hear more than any of our Prime/Pedigree family being unhappy with the truck you bought. I've done some digging on this to see what happened. It looks like you bought the truck with more than 2 years of factory warranty left on it. The truck did leave here with a good looking dyno, pms completed, and fully serviced, detailed, and ready to go. I did hear that you had an issue not long after picking up the truck and our Truck Expert, Josh, had helped connect you with Freightliner to get things lined out. It does look like you've had regular communication with Freightliner about some issues on the truck and that you may be mostly frustrated with the experience you've had with Freightliner taking care of you with your warranty issues. Once I saw your review, I had asked that some folks from Prime and Pedigree reach out to your Fleet Manager and Freightliner to try and help you get the help you need from Freightliner. It looks like they are still talking to them on your behalf. Please stay up with your Fleet Manager on the status of the situation as we are trying to make sure Freightliner takes care of you on this. It's good that the truck has gotten down the road another couple of hundred of thousand miles and brought in half a million in income, but that doesn't replace the frustration that comes with down time. We totally understand that this can me really frustrating and unacceptable and that's why we are helping to push on your behalf for Freightliner to get you taken care of. We want you to know that we do appreciate you and that we are taking your concerns very seriously. We are going to do all we can to help you on the warranty issues you are having with Freightliner.

Bought a truck from this company because I work for prime, ever since then, my truck been giving me problems, on the first day I left the yard, the truck didn't make it out of Missouri. My truck that I bought from them in November 2019 and to this day have been in multiple shop for repairs (the picture is the main issues). Mind you, when I bought it, it's had 200k miles, I am a trainer so now it's 449k miles. I will never recommend buying truck from them especially freightliner. Do full diagnostic services (not from them) if you buy... be aware!! I shouldn't have to see a shop for the same issue for the past 2 years, already been in the shop this year 2 times within 3 weeks..last year, well I lost count. Smh
