TLKK cleaners ruined my wife's clothing. Rust stains on her blouses and small tears on the bottom of her pants. Brought in my suits, and when I received them back, there were holes in three of them. Customer service is terrible, and they take no responsibility for their mistakes. Another legacy Upper East Side establishment on it's way out.

I get my laundry done here all the time and have never had a problem. No clothes have been torn, no new stains. Always satisfied and the staff has only ever been exceptional and pleasant.
