New owner is a no-no. I would be ashamed to admit if we got work done for our group here ever again. We've talked about it and we are going to figure out somewhere else to order. This facility is shameful. We never had too terrible of an experience there as customers, but we will not tolerate these types of workplaces. We are beyond disappointed by the lack of integrity of the new owner.
