Terrible management company and apartment community! Upstairs weightlifting neighbor dropped weights on the floor/my ceiling, management refused to do anything about bedbugs which I was bitten by every night and forced me to move out, then after staying less than a year they gave me no security deposit back and actually charged me additional funds for their cleaning after I left the apartment cleaner than I found it with not one stain or scratch anywhere (am OCD when it comes to cleaning). I was the perfect tenant; clean, quiet, and never had guests. I still can't get over how rude the manager of the apartments was with every single interaction. Not to mention, the management company gave me a rate that was $250.00 higher than advertised on their Craigslist ad. When I brought this to their attention, he told me I already signed a lease and it was too late. Beware of this place. Bad news.

Horrible management company. I took time off work to view an apartment, confirmed with them 2 separate times what date/time to meet. I arrive at the confirmed meeting time and not only did they not show up but they told me over the phone they had no available units for me to see. I am literally trying to give them money and they provide horrible service, I can only imagine how bad it would be to live there.
