Not happy with the Customer Service or professionalism of the staff. Went into store picked out shirts and showed them my design and paid. Since the layout was my own they asked if I would send an email with my design, sent email immediately. Asked if they could not see the image to let me know. Received no word so I assumed everything was ok. 5 days go by and I send an email asking when my order would be ready. Got a response that said never received your image, please send again. Resent image. Called to confirm it was received. They said it was being worked on and would be done the following day. Called next day for progress, their reply was that they would call by 5pm. Never received a call. I will not be going back!

I had 19 jerseys made for my football team and we could not have been happier with the result. The staff was quick with their responses and with production. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend propst and sons to anyone.
