This vehicle was discounted down over $2000 because we knew it will need some service work and customer was informed at time of purchase. We did help out, but we cannot give discounts and cover all the problems or we would be paying the customer to buy the car. Sorry for ant confusion or misunderstanding but we realise we can not please every customer no matter how hard we try.

Purchased my first car here. Check engine lights comes on as Im driving home. I take it back the next day and they say it was a sensor they didnt replace, so they replace it for free and delete the code. Cool. About 20 miles later it pops up again. So I call them and they tell me to bring it back to find out the issue. I go there and they tell me their mechanic called out that day. No sweat, so I drive back out there the next day and he tells me he doesnt have the tool to fix it. He tells me that Stan will give me the number to a mechanic that can. So I wait for a couple weeks (why did it take so long?) at home for him to call and give me the number. No call. So I call them multiple times to ask why and they dont answer the phone. I called with a new number and sure enough they answered (ignoring my calls) and they give me the number to the mechanic. (Why didnt they call earlier?). So I get in touch with the mechanic (whos located an hour away) and I bring my car over there. He says spark plugs and a exhaust solenoid need to be replaced. After receiving the bill I try to call them to see if they could help with the bill (because they sold me a car that needed repair) and same thing happened. No answer for the first couple calls (like they are ignoring me because they know they sold me a defective car). Eventually they answered without me needing another phone. After explaining this predicament, the lady on the phone says shell put my number down for Stan to call so we can work something out. My car comes back from the shop a thousand dollars later after I payed myself and after driving it 50 more miles, the light came on again. At this point I feel extremely frustrated. So I call the mechanic and bring it back to his shop. Turns out I need to spend another grand on a timing chain. Now I feel like Im being scammed. Ive been trying to call discount auto sales and they do not answer. Ive been trying to call Stan myself and he does not answer. My disappointment is immeasurable. I understand it is sold as is, but cant something be done about this?

We have had to call the police on this person several times due to on-going harassments, getting verbal threats to blow up our building, stocking issues, receiving vandalism, as well as, burglary to our property and it has left us with no other choice but to take this to legal matters. Sorry for the late response, we just noticed this review by this customer. We are surprised to see the customer did this bad review even though we have continue to try to work with his concerns even though it has been difficult. Please see below our experience with this customer. This customer purchased a truck and was well informed that it is a used vehicle being sold as is. We have offered him a warranty at the time of purchase which covers the engine, transmission, drive axles, roadside service, free rentals, etc. Customer declined, said he was a mechanic and can take care of his own repairs. At the time this truck was sold the engine was just replaced with a 5.7 hemi engine that had less then 70,000 on it. It was sold to the customer $4000 below suggested retail. A month later, after customer purchased the truck he told us that it was making some weird noise and felt it was unsafe to drive. We did a free inspection, put the truck on the rack/did a visual with the customer present, then road tested the truck extensively, it had no noises and drove just fine. We notice there was a previous leak in the carrier barring that was not leaking at the time. We told the customer that we would buy the carrier barring at our cost for him and he can pick it up to install it. After we purchased the carrier barring the customer never came to pick it up for over a month and it still has not been picked it up as of today. So, we have to send it back and now we will be charged a restocking fee to return it. This customer has called all of our staff members on several occasions, has changed his story several times on what he felt the truck needed, very unprofessional with us in his communication, we don't have a problem working with our customers, but we do reserve the right to refuse to do business with customers that show total disregard or harm for our staff.

I took down my negative review down as I feel we go through enough struggles as consumers and buisness owners ... I thought the owner and his employees were good people and everyone has they're own personal dealings when purchasing a vehicle... In times like this I feel we all have enough problems and I dont want a negative review to add to those ... I would recommend this place to purchase a vehicle from as they will work for you to make it happen
