Hi Alaina, sorry that we didn't see where you were located at the bottom of your email to us. We typically get told by the customer where they are located. Your location is 2 hours drive from our location, so I'm sorry we couldn't assist you. We hadn't heard from you so we assumed you weren't interested in pursuing this project. Poor customer service - was working with them through email for window lettering trying to get a quote. After working out the details of what i was looking for there was no contact from them for well over a month. I finally sent an email saying I'd take my business elsewhere only to get a response back that said "...didn't realize you were in Honeoye Falls, which is a distance that wouldn't allow me to be price competitive for the installation for your window graphics since it would require additional costs for traveling that distance. There should be a sign shop in your area that can assist you." My address was included in every email & very upset that my time was wasted when this question should've been asked (if not known) right from the start.

Excellent! Superb! What else can I say? From the original design of my business logo, then to my business cards, ad design, ad placement, website updates and finally vehicle lettering, I have always received top quality results at a reasonable price , installed and delivered on-time! Who says you can't have all three? This arrangement truly allows my business to function without an internal marketing department and I never have to wonder what vendor I'll choose for any marketing need. Saw a post on Facebook for the Millennium team and needed these services for my business. I contacted them and got a response within the same day. We discussed what I would like to see in a logo and color schemes etc. The team sent me several proofs and allowed me to customize it down to matching a font from a tattoo that used the same font as a family business my grandparents had when they came Ireland. They we're patient and made sure I was 100% happy before finalizing. The second we finazalized the logo I had every format of the logo sent to me to use at my discretion via email or. They also created business cards, truck graphics, a website, letterheads and the whole nine yards for my business.
