This is such a professional company! I called Pride recently when my sump pump backed up into my basement. They came right away & immediately took control of everything. I didn't have to do a thing! They were very courteous, compassionate and professional at all times. They asked permission to do this or that as they worked to first empty my basement of everything and then get it cleaned up. They had to replace dry wall and were very neat & clean during the process. They kept checking with me to make sure I was happy and that things were unfolding as I expected. I can't rave about this company enough! A shame all companies aren't this easy to work with or this professional & friendly. I am very grateful to them for such a good job and taking this huge worry off my plate! Thank you PRIDE!!!

I had water damage to the ceiling of my garage. I called Pride Restoration and they were able to come within a couple of hours to assess the problem. The contractors arrived the next day to start restoration. I was considering an insurance claim, however Jim with Pride a Cleaning and Restoration was able to complete the work for the same amount as our deductible without having to file a claim and worry if my insurance rate would go up or perhaps would be cancelled. They completed the work very quickly and it was better than before. They are very professional and do an excellent job. I would have no reservations recommending them to my friends or family. MUCH better service quality of work than the last contractor I hired.
