I was going to post this days ago but wanted to give the store the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to solve my issue. I placed an order for two shirts at the Harbor East location that I had shipped to my office (because living in a city row home, I never get things shipped home when I won't be around to receive them). Neither items turned up. I have been into the branch to try and get a resolution and have called three separate times. When I called during lunch yesterday, I was disconnected from the call three times (literally). Then I was told that someone would follow up with me at 6pm. I called there when I heard nothing at 6pm and have been told they are working on a resolution/investigation. I am genuinely out of patience at this point and completely aggravated by this store's handling of this situation. I have little faith that I will receive the items or a refund at this point. Not only am I out of money, and without my items, I'm extremely annoyed by the disrespect and run-around. UPDATE - I complained to the region and within hours new items were being shipped to the store. They were professional. Strangely, I then received my packages and called them back to let them know that there was no need to send more items to the store. The store manager apologized.

I've had great luck finding fun dresses and funky jewelry here. I guess the menswear side wasn't performing well, but that remove took it from 5 to a 4 star for me.
