Took a jacket to add a couple of patches. It was supposed to be ready for a gift. Three visits to pick it up and over two weeks later, I took the jacket back. I have to go back one more time because they couldn't find the patches. I paid in advance and have to ask for my money back because they said I didn't pay and have to wait for them to find the invoice. Never coming back.

Ive gone to her for both small and big orders and she always delivers quality work and on time. Ive done both embroidery and screenprinting with her and I cant say anything negative. Marisol is great and very kind and helpful.
