Had a bracket broken in my boot, when it went in for a service, took it back to Moorfield garage, Spoke to the young guy on the reception desk who said he will have a look to see where its from. Picked my car up later, which he informed me the broken bracket was from my steering lock, which was bought from Halfords. Wasn't convinced due to the fact it had BMW part number stamped on it. Took it to BMW who assured me it was from the shelve in the boot and found it funny the answer I was given. Rang up Kevin one of the owners of Moorfield garage explained the situation to him, who informed me to bring the car back up so he can have a look at it. Had it fixed now due to Kevin, Thank you. Must admit wasn't happy with the explanation I was given from the guy on the front desk the first time round, will be weary from now on,

4 Days to replace an exhaust and battery, returned car with engine light on. Poor communication and didn't even apologise. Felt intimidated by staff. Update.. After a few weeks (following this review), got a phone call out of the blue and recieved an apology and offer of free MOT. Apology was appreciated but too little too late, I would never return or recommended. Got the car sorted at another garage.

My car broke down with an unknown fault. The garage diagnosed the issue which ended up being a non atandard fault in the cicuit board. They fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. The kept me up to date and were friendly and explained what was happening at each stage of the investigation. I would strongly recommend this garage. I have used quite a few and this was my best experience.

Kevin came to jump start me at my house (saving me a 50 call out charge from my breakdown cover). He didn't charge me for the privilege either which was very kind. I followed him back to the garage and he got my battery swapped and my car back to me in less than 15mins. Would 100% recommend. Excellent customer service.

Don't trust Moorfield Garage Yeadon. They ripped me off on a car window repair. They charged me 460 when it could have been 148 if they used the part from Select Automotive. They padded the bill and never quoted what the total cost would be. They also broke their promise to give me a lift home and left me stranded in Yeadon.
