Dave, we are sorry that you are displeased with our service. We can see from the notes that you brought your computer in on July 5th due to unexpected shutdowns. We performed a System Optimization and Virus Removal. Your computer passed all stress testing and the hard drive tested fine. Your computer was left on deck all day running, and it never crashed. We were unable to reproduce the issue. System Op & Virus Removal: $90. You brought the computer back in on July 25th. When we tested the hard drive again, it showed that it was running in a caution state, which means that it would only be a matter of time before it failed. We recommended a new hard drive, data backup, and OS install. Knowing the computer had recently been in the shop, we upgraded the ticket status to a rush repair for free and were able to complete the job by the next day. No instances of any shutdowns occurred while it was running in the shop. New hard drive: $55, Data Backup: $60, Operating System Install: $100. You brought the computer back in on August 5th because you were unable to access your Quickbooks and Easy Money programs. As we told you before the data backup, reinstalling programs is not part of our service, but given the situation, we worked with you to install the programs and reset your passwords. Again, there were no instances of unexpected shutdowns while in the shop. Typically, assistance such as this would be $70, but we did it for free. You brought the computer in again on August 14th due to more random shutdowns. While we were able to confirm these shutdowns in the Windows Event Viewer, we were yet again unable to reproduce them in the shop. Your computer was again stress tested and left running programs overnight. The Event Viewer showed that no shutdowns occurred. Although this was outside of the warranty period, we wanted to ensure you had a working device and did this at no charge. When we are unable to replicate a problem in the shop, especially after repeated visits, we must attribute it to something in the home/business environment, generally, the way power is being supplied to the computer or an external device plugged into it. A dirty or defective surge protector can not only cause shutdowns, but these shutdowns can lead to hard drive failure. We asked you to bring in all of your peripherals so that we could further diagnose the problem. You chose not to.

Brought our computer here a total of 4 times for the same issue, spent over 300.00 and still have the same problem. We will never bring anything here again.
