We had a patch digitized by this company. When the patch was stitched out for approval of bike club I notified Jennifer on 10/5 (we talked with this staff member the whole time) to let her know the size of the patch was wrong. I text her to get the cost to resize. She texted me back stating the same price I gave to digitize. After going back and forth on text 10/5 due to Jennifer did not mention that the patch was already sized. But we wanted to make sure it was a back patch we even looked at another club size and the patch I received was not even that size much smaller. Instead of Jennifer admitting lack of communication she asked for the president to call the store and from day one she was advised I was the president so now she stated for the person who didnt approve the patch call the store. FOR WHAT ...then I asked for her boss name and as of today (10/10) 5 days later, I yet to receive that information. We should not have to pay full price to get resized..to the original size, which Jennifer changed the size from the beginning. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JENNIFER...just want our patch resized and we will move on..

Second time I received horrible servic . The first time they ruined a quality shirt and replaced with the cheapest material. I let it go and thought maybe it was a simple mistake and it could happen anywhere. Just yesterday my order was incorrect and when she tried to correct it there are holes in my shirts!!!! One lady had the nerve to get an attitude because my order was wrong!!! I'm going to let everyone I know on Fort Benning to not use this business and I'm posting the pics!
