Do not take your trade in here the owner Joe is rude and will ignore you they had my stuff for two hours and never bothered to look though it would have taken five minutes and they wanted me to leave my stuff overnight yea right
It was bigger and better than I thought. With a video game shop connected to it there was plenty to choose from. There's collectable cards(Pokémon, etc.), toys (figurines). I even saw Hot Wheels from when I was a kid. CD's, DVD/Blu-ray, and I even seen 8-tracks. The video game side has most of all the old game systems as well. So if you're looking for some place vintage that you can also amaze your kids, this is a good choice.
Absolutely love this place!!!! Joe is always super nice and helps us find anything we are looking for. We love bringing our friends here and are always telling people we know to come and just look around.
I understand that buy/sell/trade establishments need to buy low and sell high in order to make profits. I dabble in flipping video games myself. I get it. I've been buying, selling and trading with the House of Used for over 3 years but never again. On Saturday I was made a lowball offer on a stack of video games so insultingly low it cost them all my future business. An offer so low that I've taken to "Karening" on social media. With as often as I've frequented this place I've been able to accurately calculate what they would pay out on my goods every time. This time however their offer wasn't even half. I used to suggest this place to friends in the video game collecting hobby but never again. In fact I'm going to go out of my way to steer them elsewhere. Joe, talk to your boy over in the video game department, he's losing you business.
