I placed an order with 2 day shipping and never received the package. I reached out to Same Day Supplements and they told me since the USPS said it was delivered they would not refund me or send me a new bottle. My building has a doorman and cameras that show the package was not delivered at 3:50pm. I explained this and will allow them to see the footage but they said it doesnt matter their not sending me a new bottle or refunding me. If they were a good company they would have sent me a new bottle or refunded me for the inconvenience. They dont care about their customers and i would recommend not ordering from them since they dont care about customers only profits.

Prices are competitive, but customer service is poor. They were going to charge me double for shipping due to the package being returned to the sender for some unknown reason. I had received past orders on the listed address with no problem in the past. Had to complain for them to not charge me again. They also made me wait until the item was returned to them which further delayed the order. The order was submitted on 11/2 and still has not been resolved. I asked them to send out a replacement as soon as possible which was denied quickly.
