Theyre okay. I had problems with my Save The Dates and invitations. Customer service was a waste of time. With my magnets for Save the Dates, several arrived damaged and stuck together. The stickers I bought to seal the envelopes were wrong. Every time I clicked on another item I was working on, the stickers would default back to the advertisement date. I waited the extra time to have a "professional" to look over my design but they didn't catch it.

Used truly engaging for my wedding invitations. Decided on the all in one style invitation to make it simple and easy for our guests. However, it made it much harder for me. I ordered the custom seals to hold the invitation together, the seals werent able to be peeled off of the paper they came on without ripping. The other seals the invitations came with automatically did not hold the invitations together. Reached out to the company who did send replacement seals as the original ones were not able to be used, however I needed to get my invitations out prior to the time those replacements were being sent. Requested a refund for the faulty seals and was denied which was frustrating. Overall, I managed to get the invitations out and sealed using other products from craft stores. Not sure I would recommend this type of invite or company to others as it made getting my wedding invitations out more stressful. Which anyone wedding planning knows any extra stress is definitely not wanted!

When my partner and I first found Truly Engaging (MagnetStreet), I was pleased because of the great sale and eager to support a Midwest-based women-led company. We used Truly Engaging for our wedding invitations, programs, and table numbers, and I am so glad we did! I really liked being able to get a sample of the different types of stationary and to be able to customize various design templates and elements. Although the customization process took some time - slow computer and no real design experience! - the design process in full was straightforward, and I was very impressed with the quality of the colors and fonts on invites, programs, and table numbers. We got compliments on our invitations, our photographers remarked on program quality on our wedding day. We would go with Truly Engaging again, and we recommend them for any wedding stationery needs!

Our wedding programs came out perfectly, and the metallic inlay was definite worth the extra cost. The fact that they doubled as fans for our outdoor ceremony in July made them that much more valuable. The team at Truly Engaging know their business: the programs were well-made and exactly as the proof showed them to be, and they arrived in a timely manner. Thank you!

I'd like to start by saying that price and selection wise, I was amazed. I truly love the wedding invites we chose however I don't find the site was very user friendly. Every time I added something to the cart I questioned whether or not I was missing something because there were so many parts to opt in and out of. I also didn't find it easy to edit the guest list without reuploading the entire list. I finally placed my order and somehow the addressed envelopes were removed from my cart? I only realized this once I had received the box because we had reconfirmed individual addresses and everything as we finalized our cart. I called customer service and they were quick to get on it, for some reason it was showing as a work in progress for them however when I signed in I couldn't see it at all. I purchased envelope liners, which are simply a sheet of paper you slide into the envelope and glue yourself with a glue stick they provided, I might have skipped out on that I'd known it would be an extra project for me. But overall the invites are beautiful and the customer service was great. My fiancé and i just didn't enjoy the shopping process as it's a lot of back and forth and restarting when work appears to have not been saved which genuinely wasted hours for us.
