They are a terrible service can't seem to get things right I had very little problems till they split the co, last heating season they let me run out of gas 2 times that is very poor service it was the cold of winter,when I called in the guy told me to turn the furnace off till morning and it would be ok till morning it was already cold in the house then when the did come to fill up the driver had a big old attitude like I was bothering him well to bad we were cold. So they can't say the customer is there priority. We also had a billing problem so when they changed systems apparently my money didn't transfer over and if we hadn't looked into this they surely would not have said nothing and I would have lost my money. So they used to keep an eye on my fuel apparently that is a thing of the past. I will be living here alone so I need smaller deliveries don't wait till it's empty they used to check my tanks about at least once a month. So my experience is a 0 .

Hi Courtney! I'm sorry you had a negative experience with us. Our technician did properly identify one of the issues with your system, but as the HVAC Supervisor previously stated, unfortunately, the specific fuse that was needed to fix your equipment was not on the technician's truck. The motor was not operating at the time of the service call due to heat from the system trying to operate with the bad fuse. We did not invoice you for the motor replacement, but for the diagnostics of the problem. We would be happy to discuss this in greater detail on the phone if you'd like.

We came back from vacation and our A/C was not working so we called for a technician to come look at our unit. He charged us 300 dollars and told us our motor was bad. The fuse was blown but he refused to change that out to see if that was just the problem so he said they would order a new motor on Monday (this was Friday night). After he left my husband ran to Lowes and bought a new fuse to see if that would fix the problem. It did. The motor is completely fine, it was just a blown fuse, which we later found out there was a storm the night before so that may have been what blew it. We tried getting all or even part of our 300 dollars back since the technician did nothing and misdiagnosed the problem but they will not refund us a cent. Do not use this company if you want an honest person to do any work for you! *since the owner responded to our review and I can't find a way to respond to it, I will update this review because they are making it seem that we haven't already talked to multiple people, the technician DID misdiagnose our problem by saying our motor was bad and his fix was to replace a motor that was still good instead of replacing the fuse that was bad. The technician did not in any way say anything about it being a bad fuse that just needed to replaced, Lowes is right down the street and we had it fixed (on our own) within 30 minutes. If we would have followed their diagnosis, we would have spent even more money replacing something that wasn't broken. Like I said, it's a fairly new unit which is under warranty but we still would have been paying hundreds more for the labor to fix something that didn't need fixed. They charged us 300 DOLLARS to come over for less than half an hour to give us a wrong diagnosis. If this company wants to do the honest thing, they would take action to refund the majority of our money minus the 20 dollars they paid the technician (who needs re-trained) to come out to our house. But unfortunately they are all about taking peoples money.

We had issues with our ac not cooling. They tried a few things but decided the coil wasnt working so we replaced it but it still wasnt working and suggested to then replace the whole system without taking the money off for the coil. They made a lot of mistakes along the way as well. We cancelled our yearly service with them. It was a big disappointment for us.
