Sorry about your experience but you're completely incorrect. You were told that one of your parts were on back order and we didn't have anymore information to give you until we got updated. The vender was called to see if there was a status update on the order and they said it was still pending, to be cleared March 17th - April 4th. We also informed you we checked the traking number which said it was " in transit " so we assumed it was possible it was on it's way and the pending notice maybe incorrect. NO ONE said "would arrive in a week". You also stated on the phone that the previous day my tech told you "it was shipped" and he said nothing of the sort. He told you it was in "shipping status" and that he had no other information that he would talk to the owner to give you a call with an update. This just shows that you only heard what you wanted to hear and didn't completely listen to the message or what my staff told you. ANYTHING that gets shipped from overseas can take up to 7 - 14 days, sometimes longer, depending on the shipper. I brought in my laptop on Jan. 28, and by Feb. 24 they still didn't know when my cable would ship. I called after 2 weeks, and no one had an idea of when it would arrive. They kept telling me it would arrive the next week and the next week. I kept calling back. Finally, I was told it would ship out by April 4 - 3 months later. But that it showed it was in transit and would arrive in a week. I don't know. Who knows if it would ever arrive. I brought it to another place in Muskegon who could get it in 2-5 days. I would not recommend this business to people.
