Lead tech Raymond serviced my heating system today. But none importantly, he solved a problem I have had with excessive hummidity in my home. He determined that my thermostat was incorrectly set with fan on. He adjusted it so I should not have problem again. Thank you Raymond.
I was able to get a next-day appointment with this company, which was awesome. My technician was Ricky Rodriguez and he was FANTASTIC!! He was the ultimate professional. He thoroughly inspected my unit and installed a new thermostat. He took the time to help me set up the Honeywell app on my phone to control the thermostat and was extremely patient and explained how everything works. He wore his mask the entire time he was here and he even let my nosey dog sniff him! I highly recommend this company and make sure to tell them to send you RICKY!!!!

I would like to contact the owner and asked him if he know, what kind of service his company gives us. I bought my house one year ago and the a/c was broken, after a year, this is really crazy, I called the company and They said that the guarantee did not cover me, since my guarantee says that it is 5 years, well I dont want to talk out about this, it was very hot, and the office was closed, so I had no option and paid more than 300 dlls, the person who went to fix the unit, did not want us to pay with a card, he said that only cash, my husband told him that we did not have cash, that he had to have something to receive cards, he got so angry that my husband had to tell him to calm down, so we had to go to an ATM to get cash, After paying, he did not want to give us a receipt, he said that the company would send it by email, and they never sent it, I have spoken to the company for my return, and they have not sent it to me until today they make me many excuses To send me the receipt, and the truth is that I no longer know what to think or do. It is clear that this is wrong since they did not want to validate my guarantee.
