Dealing with the people was great. All nice people. Very professional. I just think the work performed on the home is not good. The carpet, the paint. The stairs etc.

Very dissatisfied the way Mungo Homes manager Mr. Mark at Potrait Hill division communicates. He came to fix the 30 day warranty after 8 months and when we pointed out the same problem of squeaking sounds of the floor he rudely said it is normal as it is made of wood. He was very rude and before we escalate any problem he told us to put it in 11 yr Warranty. I do not recommend Mungo Homes. The workmanship is totally disaster.
