I wish I would have never used Shasta Pool of Mesa. If you want someone to build you a pool with zero accountability (meaning they can mess up and you cant do anything about it) then Shasta is your pool builder. I have heard from too many people that it is better to use a smaller company because they really care about your feedback and they want the business. Shasta has become too big and they REALLY DONT CARE at all!!! I hate my pool every time I look at it. I write emails, leave voice messages, I talk to people in person and they still will not fix my pool. DO NOT USE SHASTA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!

I highly advise against using Shasta Pools. Multiple issues with this company. 1. The company has canceled on coming out multiple times. They give you a date of service but cancel and reschedule. We have had 3 reschedule dates that had to be rescheduled again. 2. The crew that came out to remove the old pebble from the pool left the inside of the pool a mess. They left the heads of the jets laying in the bottom of the pool. The heads cannot be reused, they cut them off. 3. We paid our deposit over 7 months ago and were told the services would start in September, here we are in January with a drained pool. 4. They drained the pool and removed the pebble before Christmas in December 2021, they did not secure the pool area with fencing to prevent falls/injuries. Here it is January 14, 2022 and the pictures were taken today. Try to use a different company if you want the work done in a timely manner with professionalism. Our experience with sales rep James arrowood was great. He listened to what we wanted and designed our pool within our budget. Because of covid, it took a while to get the pool started inadditiin to.lack.of communication. After few conversations communication improved and the pool got started and is now completed. We could not be happier with the product

On top of everything we posted I watched a crew man relieve himself ON my house yesterday. How is this ok?! I FEEL SO DISRESPECTED! This is our home- that is just gross!
