My experience with the Duncan firm has been an experience I'll never forget. Wayne and Phillip Duncan made me feel like the only thing they cared about was me and what was best for my well-being. They worked extremely hard putting in countless hours to make sure every last one of my needs where taken care of. And I can't forget Rob. The Duncan firm is lucky to have Rob as a part of their team. Everyone was so detailed and thorough regarding my case and they all made sure I was kept up to speed the entire time. By far the best experience I've ever had. The Duncan firm is by far the best law firm in the state. Thank you Duncan firm.

Phillip Duncan at the Duncan Firm is probably the best trial lawyer in Arkansas. When I got hurt in a car accident from a big truck, I got more than a dozen of those lawyer "advertising" letters in the mail asking to take my case. I used those letters for starting a fire in my fireplace. After I called his office and met with Mr. Duncan and his staff, he took my case and prepared it like we were going to court. I feel that he got the most money for me, my family was taken care of, and we felt like he brought us justice. We would highly recommend Duncan Firm.
