I am sorry you were not happy with your shopping experience, however, privately owned businesses can set their own rules to protect their customers and staff. In our case, we have many senior and at risk customers, volunteers and staff and our duty is to protect them. It is a shame that your review does not remotely depict the attractiveness of our store, the quality of our merchandise, nor the importance of our mission. Rather, it is strictly a reflection of your position on masks.

So sad, loved this store, but I had my Friend in there with me that couldnt wear a mask because of health reasons. The governor said those that have medical issues have Exemptions. The sales lady said ... no . My friend has not been out of the house for 6 months. We called the Indiana health department to make sure what we heard was true and they said yes. It is discrimination to tell someone to leave the store. I advice you to do research. Other stores had no problem with her. We found a more kinder resale store in that area. We promised the owners we will social distant and they all said yes to us when we were entering. I understand its a good cause but this was just plain cruel. This is getting out of control for a virus that has a 99.8 % recovery.

I am sorry about your medical issues, and wish you a complete recovery. We simply do not have time to be a personal shopper. We are short staffed and short on volunteers, so all our time is spent getting out donations and waiting on customers in the store. Perhaps you have a friend or relative who could come shop for you. On Fridays, our clothing is 50% off.

Let me start by saying, I used to love this place. Infact I gave a good review back in the day. But now not so much.. I have cancer, and on chemo which is taking everything out of me. So I called resale to the rescue to ask the owner not for a freebie, but if I would give sizes that she might shop for me. I would pay for what she picked, but they are to busy. This coming from a business that if it wasn't for the kindness of others would not have a business. I was hoping for a little kindness, I've shopped there, I've even donated there. But They was to busy for me!! Thank you resale to the rescue

Resale to the Rescue is an undiscovered gem for shopping! They have very high quality items, especially clothes and home décor. You can't beat the prices, and the proceeds go to local animal charities. It's a win, win!
