It was nice to be picked up at the hotel and Warren the driver was great. But Monica who helped us, seemed completely out of it. We waited around a lot. The ties were super wide and seemed clown like. Ties should come to your belt buckle and she tried to tell us that wasnt true. Then we waited around for it to be steamed and I dont think it was steamed. When the 2 guys got dressed for the wedding one pair of shoes was 2 sizes too big and one of the shirts was 4 inches too short in the sleeves. I also noticed the blue lining on the grooms jacket could be seen hanging too low so luckily I had tape to tape it up. We called them and they delivered new shoes and a shirt. They also gave us cuff links but it was the wrong kind of shirt to use them. Im a really easy going person but this stressed us out completely right before our scheduled wedding time and we never got to have our moment to see each other dressed and looking great because all hell broke loose right before our wedding. I would choose this place without Monicas help.

I was excited to rent a dress from here after talking to Veronica. Unfortunately, she was not there on the day of my appointment. Instead I had to work with a consultant named Sara who was extremely unpleasant and very standoffish. This woman was tasked to help me get ready for the most important day of my life. I was expected to be treated in a warm and friendly manner and except got the opposite. It was to the point where I was even afraid to ask this woman any questions, because I was afraid she would be short and dismissive like she was when I told her I didn't know what size I was. I left there unhappy, but with a dress. On the day of my wedding, I noticed a major issue with my dress in the bust area, that resulted in me having to tape the area down which did not work. The tape from the poorly fitted bust line showed in my wedding pics. Had this consultant Sara been pleasant to work with, I would have had no issues telling them about the problem with my dress. A few days after my wedding, I contacted the other owner, Kelly about my unpleasant experience with Sara. She said she would talk to her. A few days later, Kelly got back to me and basically took Sara's side (not surprising). They basically told me, "oh well". This consultant Sara single handedly destroyed my entire wedding gown experience. This woman should not be in the business of helping people on the most important day of their lives. The pictures turned out to be garbage because of the poor fitted bust line of the dress, which I was too scared to talk to her about because I would have been given a negative response. I guess it was my fault for not saying anything, however she could have been a lot nicer and way more accommodating. Kelly when seeing her and dealing with her in person wasn't that much nicer. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one was because the driver was wonderfully nice and pleasant . That made me excited, only to have everything crushed by the very rude consultant, Sara.

I got married as an emergency in LasVegas. Veronica and her team helped me and my husband to picked my wedding dress and he's tuxedo. They spent the necessary time with me to make the right choice. I really appreciate all the help and patience. They have everything you need to get married without estress.
