Thank you Miguel for coming in and trying to do business with us. Unfortunately, we could not help you because the amount that we needed to finance is way too high for the value of the car that you were interested in. Your trade in loan was a few thousand higher than it's value. So it was impossible to transfer your old car loan and add it to the new car loan. That's what made the new car loan way too high and denied by your finance company. We called them twice the same afternoon and next morning and the answer was the same. The finance company's answer was that the requested loan amount is way too high for the value of the car.

I came approved from bank and the owner guy didnt want to call bank to get it going, he insisted I wasnt going to get loan even though I was approved. Really felt like he didnt want to sell me the car.

I made a $500.00 deposit with them last summer to hold a vehicle. I opted to go with another dealership but New Ride Inc refused to refund me my deposit although they said it was refundable. That is bad business, I cannot recommend this dealership.
