I am giving this 2-stars because the hotel is on the beach, otherwise1-star. Okay, I stayed here recently and was NOT Impressed. I paid $487 for one night and then an additional $49 for a resort fee. Wheres the resort? There are 4 pools and nothing else. You might say, 4 pools, wow that is nice. No, they are backyard sized pools and were so full you cant swim you just stand there with the other 30 people in the pool. Somebodys bar tab was placed on my room. When I was checking out, the clerk did everything but call me a liar. The manager didnt even show me the courtesy of coming out of the back room to assist. The clerk found the receipt and lifts it up close to my face. I stated, that is not my signature and that is not my room. They then figured it out. Guess what, not even an I am sorry. Nothing When I ordered my $32 medium pizza from the Pizza Hut on the grounds, I went to the ice machine to get ice for my drink. The fourth floor was out, the third floor was broken, the fifth floor was broken. I called the front desk and he said, huh I will let housekeeping know. I am sorry, but for over $500 for one night, I would expect the front desk or somebody to bring me a bucket of ice. Bottom-line, the facility is old and the trees and shrubs are not manicured. The walkways and grounds are dirty and need to be pressure-washed. There was literally one parking spot left and it was so small I had to have my family get out before I parked. I had a horrible experience and they charge extra for EVERYTHING. This is greed at its worst. So, if you like standing in a pool with Cousin Eddie from Arizona, book a trip. Dont worry, you will make friends with the many non-hotel guests who come from the beach and swim in the pools and get drunk at the bars. I will NEVER return to this place. There are way too many other hotels in St. Petersburg Beach to choose from that are far less expensive. Signed, a St. Petersburg Native.

We our locals who had a family weekend trip here. I do not recommend this hotel area. Overpriced and resort features add up. Crowded. Not very clean. From the moment we got there the timeshare lady was pushy and called our room. fyi- You must have closed shoes for the zip line

We had such a great time. The staff was amazing. From the front desk mike was amazing and very helpful Marissa that was our server at the restaurant was amazing and many more of the staff which I wish I had there names . I would highly recommend this place for a vacation. We will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone for your service and your great spirit we had a wonderful time..

We were there for BUCS bash and the inclement weather put a damper on that but the resort itself was nice. It was great they had an adult only pool and the staff was friendly.
