I bought a vehicle from this place and a little over year later found out it had a cracked frame which was never divulged on sticker or by anyone! I would never recommend buying anything from them! There in it for the $$$ and couldn't care less about safety. I took it to CarMax and they did a background check on this vehicle which clearly stated it had a cracked frame and you obviously got it for a great deal and sold it as is. This is on you. This cracked frame was already there! Obviously you didn't read my review very carefully. It was sold at an auction with a cracked frame, which means you purchased it with a cracked frame, didn't bother to fix it or divulge that info. Screw you.
So I give my overall experience with this purchase a 4 star experience. Excellent customer service on Millennium motors part, the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is related to the warranty that they gave me. So pretty much after gassing up at a Milwaukee bp, I noticed a ticking noise. The warranty company doesn't want to cover it because they see it as a pre existing issue even though it didn't start until after buying it and gassing up. Bottom line is that Millennium motors might want to look at different warranty companies moving forward. The next review from the next customer might be more biased than mine.
Would absolutely recommend. The price was more than fair, the car passed our personal mechanic's scrutiny with flying colors and we were offered a very reasonable trade in price for our old vehicle. By far this was the best dealership experience we have had. Thank you very much!
I was aware when I got a car here that there were likely to be problems with all the cars on the lot, but we needed something in a pinch and I rolled the dice on a Subaru SUV. I was planning on it at least needing a new transmission because I could tell something was up with it, and mentally factored that into the cost of the car. Turns out just about every moving part on the car needed to be replaced, repairs and parts have run twice as much as the purchase price. Also, the first car I test drove had some very serious problems with it and the guy tried to tell me it "probably just needed some new spark plugs or something." No, that car needed a grenade rolled under it. Based on that experience I'd estimate they knowingly sell cars that have major defects a large percentage of the time.
