Never will I buy a vehicle from here again worst first experience ever. Every time I think about buying another truck from here I say forget because this is by far the worst customer service ever
I desperately needed a new vehicle, my old car was in rough shape. After searching I ended up at eAutoDiscount looking at a 2007 Honda Pilot. I was told the vehicle wasn't ready yet as they had just gotten it in and it would be a week or two before it be done. I waited and looked at the vehicle after it was finished and everything appeared alright so I went ahead with purchasing the vehicle. After maybe 8 or 9 months of owning it, the rear of the vehicle started sagging and gradually got worse. I took it in to a garage near me and they looked at it, the mechanic told me the underside was rotted out. The rear driver side coil spring penetrated the underside of the vehicle, there was a crack in the frame and a corner of the sub-frame was detached. I was told the vehicle would not pass NYS inspection without spending some serious money on repairs. After owning the Pilot for 13 months I was able to find a dealership that offered me a generous trade in offer towards a new vehicle.
Bought a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder from Eauto. Great reliable , solid vehicle. Great experience with these folks, made it very easy, honest and quick. Jay was a pleasure to work with.. highly recommend Eauto.

it was the ABSOLUTE WORST car buying experience I've ever had, I am so very disappointed with everything about them... I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone... except the better business bureau! I am absolutely disgusted.
