Machines cheat you, and staff won't help fix it. We were confused at first that the machines with credit card readers wouldn't accept our cards. Asked a staff person who directed us to machines where we have to buy a separate card that's only for laundry (costs $1). If you need $12 for your laundry, as we did, you have to make 4 separate transactions to do it, which is ungodly stupid. $10 (minus $1 for the card) gets you $9 credit, and then you have to do 3 separate $1 transactions because there's no system to just pick your own amount. Then, we got it to $12 while the staff person watched, and tried to start our 2 loads. Nope, says we're 71 cents short for our combined total of $11.71. Staff person refuses to fix it, so we have to add yet another dollar to the card. Total of $14 to run machines labeled at $11.71, between payment for a card we'll never use again, random extra dollar the machine took for no reason, and no way to get change. We're only here once because our washer broke, but if it ever happens again I will go out of my way to wash ANYWHERE else.
Poor customer service. Every week, I'm a regular here. The machine almost ripped my clothes while washing them. I must halt this immediately. I sought assistance from those employees, as well as the manager. Because of them, I have to pay an extra $13 because they thought I was stealing their $13. What fantastic fkng customer service. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
